Introducing Shion ["Candy Girl" OUT 2008.05.28]

I was introduced to Shion in an e-mail sent to me from HMV. Seems she's a new artist on Hood Sound inc. Her debut album is coming out next week and from the previews it sounds promising. So far, it's doing quite well on Neowing's preorder chart (#14) and Amazon.co.jp (#249). What do ya'll think?

The links don't work for me :(

EDIT:
Never mind, it's all good :D

The cover is so ugly its like shes licking a lolli then she feel asleep in the middle of eating it XD.'

But her songs aren't bad :).

her tacky hoe image appeals to me alot :D

She has an awesome voice surprisingly!! Reminds me of a crossbreed of Ayumi a little bit (vocal wise).
The PV preveiw is on her HMV album page for haru natsu aki fuyu? 春夏秋冬.

VEry promising.

:mini tacky hoe

I'll definitely try her out XD!

the cover is horrible but she sounds good :)

From what you have posted she sounds pretty good! I will definitely check more of her out in the future.

Hehe, I was admiring the cover! I like it!

Love you. Just love you. :clapclap

I might have to give this a try. I'm curious now. Thanks for the upload!

I love the song with the video...haru natsu aki fuyu sounds fabulous! I can't wait to hear the full version. Thanks for sharing!

Glad you guys are enjoying the previews!

You can watch the full Haru natsu aki fuyu PV here. I really like it. It's one of those story PVs that everyone seems to be doing lately.

^lol the first time i thought is what???? hitomi is releasing her candy girl again??

but lol no its shion~ *quite depress*

but she looks good^^ is she mix? she is tanned...

Her voice is so cool. Rather unique. I like it.

She looks like any typical girl you'd find where I live. Can't say I'm impressed just with her appearance, but that kinda takes a back seat to how she fairs musically. I guess I'll give her a shot...

ehhh. her image and the pictures are what's got me interested, although she's a little creepy looking, the extensive make up is hot! <3 so yeah, i will be hearing her album when it come out <3

OMG!!!

I can't believe the mini album debuted so high. I'm happy to see an urban artist doing well on the charts their first time out.

#10!?! wow! go SHION! she must be popular :D

Like how others reacted, the cover/promo pic weren't so promising at first. But her vocals are decent. :yes I don't really like the get-up though :no

wait the album is out? has anyone actually heard the full thing?

She sounds really good. I'm gonna go hunting for her album.
