how to compose a song?
 
lol any tutorial how to make a song? i'm quite interested in music and i'm tending to write my own music. i wrote alot of lyrics but i found its hard to compose a melody for it. i only wrote once and quite lucky it sounds good. but i just want to know how to compose a song with the proper sequence

and question here
1. what is an arrangement?
2. how to arrange music?

arrangement is... the arrangement. :P like, how the music is structured. when the different sections come in, and out etc, i think.

it depends. where are you making this song? if it's on like, the computer, it's always easier to make the drum beat first. :yes

I don't know the real definition but an arrangement is when you re-write a song to adapt it to your instrument. Do you play an instrument? Because I know a lot of people just create a melody in their head and then they just find the rest by themselves with their instrument. I know, that's not very clear:P

About composing a melody, it's either you have it, or you don't. I don't think there is a tutorial for that, unless you're talking about some computer program to help you arrange a song.

And what do you mean exactly by "the proper sequence"?

^i'm an idiot in computer so i think i'm gonna use my violin to make it...

i dont have a piano :(

proper sequence like you write the melody forst, then you added the lyrics and after that blablabla

edit: maybe i'm changin my mind, how to make music in computer? need any software?
