Major Slowdown
 

So AHS has been insanely slow for me these past few days. Is anyone else having this problem or does anyone know why this may be?

no! it's me too @_@, it takes forever to open a page now @_@ and for the quick replies to go through..have been going on for a few days now
i would think it's because of the traffic?

Good to know it isn't just me. I was going to edit my original post and say that each page takes about thirty seconds to a minute to load, but saving an edit to a post takes even longer.

yeah, i've been trying to edit some of my replies, and it takes a long time for the edit box to comes up too
but now it's fast again o.O

Me too. Right now its fine though.

yes, but ahs was down the other day. I figured maybe they were related.


I think we have to remember that AHS is very image heavy too...and there's so many people...I don't know.

AHS is slow for me too!

The same thing has been happening for me too Bondy. Sometimes when I use quick reply to reply, I get this "Thanks for posting. You will be redirected to poll options." Wtf? :laugh That wasn't the first time either. It's been happening to me for the past few weeks. I happens to me when I edit too many times too. I didn't think nothing of it as I thought it was just the server acting up a bit and plus my post were still sent to the thread. :)

It's been going up and down for me lately, right now it's fine, but sometimes it takes forever to navigate the site. I was just thinking it might be a little overloaded or something..

Sometimes AHS stops working for me..... but when I come back an hour or two later it works fine! The speed and stuff is okay too.

Sometimes,I get a blank page instead of the AHS page.

It was fine for me until last night, when it started going slow. Now it's going even slower for me.

AHS has seemed to be loading much slower lately for me too, it's fine for me in certain times of the day. :yconfused

It seems to have sped up for me the last few days! xD

It was slow for me up until a week or two ago though. Maybe something to do with the times you're logging on, or if you have other programs using the internet at the same time? I find slower download speeds when I have torrent programs open and most US-based sites I visit are busier in my afternoon and quieter during my working hours.

i cant access to AHS a few times at night last week, but now it's quite okay, just a lil bit slow.

Me too! It takes forever to open the Index page. Ugh...

So, is the slowdown back from before, or is it due to some other cause?

It's actually been really slow loading the main page these past few days, especially today. I get so many "Database Errors" it's not even funny.

I just figured it was because of the new Ayu stuff that's been leaked, and the lurkers coming out.

I've been having problems posting with quick reply. I'll click Post Quick Reply once and when it finally loads I get a message saying I have to wait before posting like I have posted more then once. However, when I check the topic the post is there.
