Since her new album is not released in the U.S.

Can I upload it and then take it down when it's released on the 2nd?

I done this with the enya album but since they are 2 different artist I don't know

Actually, it would be better to avoid posting american releases here even if taking it close to its release date, and I'm personally inclined to removing the links and closing the threads if I see any around. We already "kinda" do an exception for asian music and some jpanese game/movie soundtracks before they're released in US, in that aspect, because this is a mostly "asian music" related forum, for giving at least a little bit of convenience, before the albums/songs are truly released. But stretching it to every kind of release is taking it too far. I'm afraid people will start post american releases by saying they'll take it out close to the date of release and that'll be a lot of extra work for the staff to have to check it out whether people are removing the links or not, plus others will think it's ok to post such stuff even after the release date, and it might become a chaos. Finding Britney's album out there is probably not even that hard.

But their is this on track on the album that is on the Japanese version of the album. It's not released in america. Can I atleast upload that track.

If the track is only going to be available in the japanese version, and this japanese version won't be available for sale in US (other than regular import stores), and won't be put in any american single, then I don't think there's a problem. I've seem some members sharing non-released tracks here before. I'd suggest though to do it in a post on the artist thread, rather than creating a whole thread for it.
