From the looks of it, yea. The back cover isn't supposed to be like that. And i can see the front that there are chinese characters so it's probably the typical bootlegs from China ):

from the back, it only seems to have 2 discs. The real AT05 comes with 3 discs.

Yeah, and it also doesn't say "avex" anywhere. :shrug

What xLitax says is most important, has to say Avex. Check the manufacturer. There are some bootleg companies out there like Miya Records.

Foul ball here. That's a bootleg - I can even notice Chinese characters here. Watch out - because some people are just making things "too good to be true"...

It might not be, avex could of have given permission for these types to be made, 2 discs would be cheaper too and the 3 disc could of been a special first press thing while the 2 disc one isn't or for china, and iv seen stores here with ayus tours in those types of cases and it and theres a huge fine to the store if it sells bootleg versions

Yeah and if its the China PAL region 6 version (to be sold in China except Taiwan, HK, etc.) which is only like 7 bucks on ebay (but its real), it would have three discs and have no chinese characters on the front and would have those shiny official avex/China Record Shanghai Corporation stickers.
