Hey Monday is a new and upcoming band from West Palm Beach, Florida!

The band consists of Cassadee Pope (vocals), Michael 'Jersey' Moriarty (bass guitar), Mike Gentile (lead guitar), Alex Lipshaw (rhythm guitar), Elliot James (drums) and Bobby Nolan (keyboards).

They opened the show of Fall Out Boy's latest tour, and they were handpicked by Pete Wentz (the bass guitarist from Fall Out Boy) so that shows how good Hey Monday is! :P

Their debut album, Hold on Tight, is a stunning album, and Cassadee co-wrote and wrote all of the songs in the album...

Two singles were released from Hold on Tight, Homecoming and How You Love Me Now

I don't usually listen to rock bands, but Hey Monday is an exception... especially when my crush recommended to me (and we've some problems now, so listening to their songs bring back a lot of memories).

In any case, their songs are definitely catchy, and Cassadee's voice is really very good! The lyrics are really good too, and it showcases more of Cassadee's talent since she co-wrote/wrote all of the songs.

And if you find Cassadee familiar... that's because she was the girl featured in Fall Out Boy's America's Suitehearts video as well.
