Brief apperance footage of Yoochan on Sun's Shounen Club Premium
 

I don't know if this's considered ayumi related (since Yoochan's a great guitarist onboard her band team) but I'm currently watching Sun's subbed episode of Shounen Club Premium which featured Ikuta Toma as its guest & as part of VTR , they showed brief footage of Yoochan with Ikuta some 12 years back on this show called Tensai Terebi-kun

I was O_O when I saw that & Ikuta was cringing in a cute way when past VTR footage was played :laugh

Yeah, a lot of fans don't realize that Yo-chan actually was associated with Johnny's back in the 80s.

He was associated with Johnny's o.0 Well, I didn't know xD I actually thought he was quite new to being a "professional" musician when he toured with ayu becuase he sometimes played quite bad in the beginning.(some solos...)

Yo-chan and Johnny's? Woot! I had no idea there. XD Wasn't he a really well-known guitarist in the US back in the 70s, if I'm not mistaken?

i was surprised also when i heard that Yoshio was part of JE (i found out somewhat recently)! he was part of the JE group 'THE GOOD-BYE". i've always wanted to listen to them, but it's hard finding their music unlike today's JE groups. he's also good friends with Matchy Kondo (another JE daisempai).

I didn't think that Yo-chan had such a history with Johnnys, or that he's been around since the 70s! I didn't think he was that old TBH xD

me neither I didn't know that Yoochan had an infinity with Johnny's , that's why I was going EHHHHHHHH when I saw old VTR footage of him with young Ikuta Toma

lol, Yochan was famous way before Ayu was! That's why in several of her early interviews he is there with her - he was actually more well known then she was then.

He also acted in dramas back in the late 70s and 80s.

Okay, imagine this: Yo-chan with his poofy hair and uber cool electric guitar, in hideous Johnny outfits (I love the boys, I really do. But the outfits are just :no sometimes), as Domyouji in Hana Yori Dango a la Matsujun.

not all Johnny's outfits are that bad , it depends on the situation

like KAT-TUN's LIPS , it was awesome especially to Kame & the eyeliner :lmfao
