if you buy NEXT LEVEL 2CD+DVD or CD+DVD, there is a chance of a prize card inside. you can redeem a limited version of japanese gift with this card
A: cushion, b: travel pouch, C: leisure sheet, d: pass case, e: tissue box, F: poster

customers please get a form from the retailer before the 8/5/09, fill in the details and hand it in together with the prize card to redeem the prize at a specific address.

^ i think you have to buy locally, cause you pick it up at a specific address

like how most of taiwanese ayu albums are, if you order online, you can't get the prize, but if you order locally, you just go to the store where you brought it from to get it
