"Rule" Briefly on Comacst's On Demand
 

Sorry if this has already been posted, but I thought I would share this because I totally freaked out when I found it. XD

I don't know how many of you use the cable service, Comcast, but those of you who do should know what On Demand is. Anyway, I was checking the new movies to see if 17 Again was out yet (:P) and I came across a video that previewed movies that were soon coming to On Demand.

Dragonball: Evolution was like the third or fourth movie shown on this preview and it was the trailer featuring Rule. I totally spazzed because Ayumi's voice was coming out of my TV and it wasn't from a DVD or CD. XDD

If any Comcast users wanna see it, it's called "7/16-7/31 Coming" and it's under Movies & Events > Show All Titles

oMGOMGOMGOMG. I just watched it. This is amazing! I've never seen or heard ayu on my TV before. Thanks so much for posting this, because I definitely never look at the previews on comcast on demand.

Awww man! We have Comcast, but we don't currently have the cable box that allows us to have the On Demand stuff... we used to when we lived elsewhere, but not anymore. Darnit.

yea... it's great to have caught ayu on tv other than dvds or cds you play~

I don't have comcast but I already hear Ayu voice in my TV. When she was interviewed by CNN in the talk asia programme!

Ah crap, I just switched to Verizon. But pretty cool they're using the version with Rule in it.

..Now I'm wishing I had comcast.

I think the movie's coming to home soon, as it takes about a few months (roughly three or four, some maybe longer) to release a movie from theaters to DVDs and cable/satellite operators...

prob. sooner. I realized that as the years go on, movies are released earlier and earlier. I remember before we had dvds. when a movie completely stopped playing at movie theaters, it would take from 1/2 up to a full year to release it on vhs. now we get movies in a quarter of a year. how long has it been in theaters? maybe we'll get it sooner than we think. as like a bonus thing. I know plenty of artists that make songs for movies, even feature some of the clips in the music videos, and when the movie is released on vhs/dvd the video has the music video in full at the end of the movie for vhs, or in the special features/bonus menu. Off the top of my head the only movie I can think that has that is princess diaries. the vhs had the music video "supergirl" at the end. So...maybe we will get the music video on the dvd of DBZ when it comes out.

EDIT: ooh also the movie goldmember, austin powers, I owned the vhs of that years ago. when the credits finished it had britney's video for "Boys (The Co-Ed Remix)" afterward. pretty cool.

^it would be so awesome if the Rule video was on the DVD! it might be an actual reason to buy it.

i'm going to check Dish On Demand to see if it's there too.

I have Dish Network, but when I first saw the televised commercial for Dragonball:Evolution that had Rule in it, I almost screamed and passed out 'cuz I was so excited. And it was 1 AM. XD

Do you really find it that surprising? I mean it is an American movie, it was bound to have a commercial in America with its theme song.... ( :dead2 )
