CDL09-10 ~Future Classics~ logo released!
 

I want this to be easy to find, so I'm sticking it here in a new thread... hope that's okay with some of you.

Anyways, I REALLY like the logo this year. It's like... on the same level as BEST of COUNTDOWN LIVE's logo for me with the feel of CDL04-05's design. Hopefully the goods are great too!

It looks bad...it took me a few secs to figure out dat it's actually written "countdown live" :(

It's pretty cool. In the word 'live' though they should've made the 'L' stylized and not the 'E.' It makes it look as if the abbreviation should be CDE and not CDL. :laugh

Seeing this logo... Its making me think it is going to have something to do with classical instruments. I'm beginning to believe it may be her more recent songs performed with a live orchestra or something? How amazing... :luv2

The design symmetry is probably whatever they were going for and not any sort of abbreviation [they rarely ever focus on the C D L aspect] ... imo, it's executed a little strangely since C and D are stylized on one side and then E is alone on the other. They probably could've just made T stylized as well and it'd have worked just as well, but it still looks good!

After having so many CDLs, I think people would know that this says COUNTDOWN LIVE, haha.

It looks like the logo of some metal band I LOVE IT!

I don't like it a lot :( not the big letters and so, but the type of letters... this gothic style... I don't like it a lot... reminds me of CDL 04-05 or some of these...

and... while looking at it... I see the C-D-E forming a heart... do someone see it too?? XDD

I thought of a heart too, but they look more like the shape of... a bust? [The way hearts are drawn nowadays is said to be inspired by a woman's bust, haha.]

Mostly because of how they curve to the side though.

Ooo! I just realized that this could be the first live DVD in a while [since CDL04-05?] to have an alternate logo on the back...

A bit messy to read XD even if of course it's for Countdown live. The gothic font is a nice choice, does it let presage something classical or ... ? A bit of change would be nice !

And yeah agree could be a metal band logo or a gothic band or such ( no not MM, but a real gothic band )
