Just a quick question: why does the shirt say Team Message on the back?

For the same reason that all of the T-shirts after AT03-04 did, because TEAM MESSAGE is the company that helps produce the shirts, and they're able to stick Ayu's "A" in the logo. Ayu has collaborated with them almost every year for the last 8 years or so when doing tour apparel. They're a clothing boutique in Japan that does shirts / pants / jackets / hats, etc. (I think that the outfits that the guys had on in that graveyard scene in Startin' were done by TEAM MESSAGE)
