can't track private messages.
 

hello! umm...i've been having a bit of problem lately. whenever i send a PM, it won't say that it's unconfirmed or confirmed. it dosen't seem to track anymore. i had alot of confirmed messages that i never deleted, but just now, i finally deleted them all. and now the tracking link just totally disappeared from my inbox. i also just sent a PM a few minutes ago and i can't track it at all. is there a way this can fixed? because the tracking messages section (that says when a PM was read or not) should be there and it's not there at all anymore. i even switched AHS layouts, and it still dosen't work or show up. thanks for anyone who can help! :)

ya.i thought it was the layout setting caused the tracking system is not available.I love that function alot.At least I know when did the person whom i send the pm to read my pm already or not

that's weird. i still see mine also. maybe you just forgot to tick the box of this...

i can see that page, but for me, it says "there is currently no tracked messages", and yet i sent a PM minutes ago and since the user isn't online, it wasn't read yet. so...shouldn't it be tracking?

actually, i don't think i clicked on the option that says if i want a read receipt or not. :dead2 but i don't think i ever did and yet it still tracked. i'll try right now!

edit: OMG it works now! :laugh i feel so stupid. thanks for the help, you guys! i just forgot to ask for a read receipt. :dead2
