Hmm. I dunno. I haven't seen a thread about this song around here. But, perhaps I'm blind. Well whatever.

A new awesome movie for the cinemas after AVATAR; Alice in Wonderland.
But I have got my doubts about the soundtrack

Alice - Avril Lavigne.


Well, I'm not a fan of Avril. And I am a little bit disappointed.
No, no.. Avril is the perfect songstress for a movie like this; rockchick with an dark-Alice-appearance. But, yeah... I think the song is awfully composed.

I love the song "Alice" -- it's amazing and so emotional. I also love the song "Follow Me Down" by 3OH!3 & Neon Hitch, it's a fun song.

I don't like avril but the song is really good, probably the best of her career.

I actually really like this song! After the crap that was her third album this is a nice change. I think she did a good job!

The only song I was interested in hearing from this movie was from Shinedown, but this is a good song.

Yep, much better than that disgusting third "album" from her. And thankfully she took that God-awful pink out of her hair.

I loved the third one
not as much as the second one and it was clear she would go back

but she herself said that it was just a fun record (she was drunk most of the time during recording XD)

her upcoming one will be back to the roots
hopefull we get another happy ending or nobodys home

but I like alice yeah

I agree, this song is terribleeeeeeeeeee. Avril is not a good singer or songwriter imo. The lyrics are way too literal and annoying, and this song made me run out of the theatre when the movie was over >.<

I think the song didn't work very well as the credit song after the movie... just didn't match the movie at all if you ask me. The movie's official score is, however, amazing.

I dislike the song... But the film is even worse :laugh

BUT ... my thougs are: "That song is anoying D:" I heard it from Disney channel almost 10 timens in 2 hours ._. and at the second time was like OMG! Those screams kill me!! D:

I was surprised that Avril sings that... well I'm not her fan, but I thing she might be has a good voice aftel all 9_9 she's famous 9_9

i want to like 'alice'... but avril's screaming = not pleasant on the ears.

that said, i love 'the lobster quadrille' -- so awesome to have it put into song!

overall, i must admit i was disappointed, i was expecting so much more of an alice in wonderland soundtrack

i agree with you she did a beautiful photoshoot but the song sounds just awfull

i've always loved Avril... yea yea her 3rd album sucked but then.. this is a nice song~~
