Nagase's written a few songs for TOKIO, but this is the only one of his songs that he was allowed to write that deals with love, which is why I think it's for Ayu. TOKIO has a lot of love songs, but it wasn't until their last album that they were really allowed to take a larger role in songwriting and stuff. In the past, the most they were allowed to do was rearrange stuff and maybe the occasional song, but nothing major.
