I mean, we all there are artist who aren't Japanese [or who weren't born in Japan] but sings in Japanese [ie Crystal Kay, BoA, Hikki (of course)]. Well as long as it's not Japanese, you can listen to another artist. lol So, you can listen to UTADA but not Utada Hikaru.
