I actually love~ her lower voice. It's why I prefer her recent singing to the beginning of her career. Even if she screams every note for the rest of her career, it's still better than the squeaking of A Song for XX, lol. >.>'

If the screaming is from being partially deaf (which it definitely could be), lessons - or more specifically, training - would definitely help. A teacher guiding her to practice her pitch and become much more familiar with the notes would assure her accuracy without the need to scream. Of course, she won't be able to ever sing again as if she still had 100% hearing, but she could get to the point where really only she would notice her loss of hearing.
