^ With vocal lessons it would be no problem at all to get better again, but to me it seems like she doesn't take them or does not regularly take them. With only one ear you can sing just as good, you just need to learn it partly again

^ Lol. XP It looks cool, though.

Just in her singing of nowadays.
She still can be great vocally (as she was in many songs on PCDL 08-09 and almost all of a-nation '09).
I actually love~ her lower voice. It's why I prefer her recent singing to the beginning of her career. Even if she screams every note for the rest of her career, it's still better than the squeaking of A Song for XX, lol. >.>'

Yeah, but she didn't just go deaf the past year. It's been a while now, but she just suddenly started screaming everything. :\

If the screaming is from being partially deaf (which it definitely could be), lessons - or more specifically, training - would definitely help. A teacher guiding her to practice her pitch and become much more familiar with the notes would assure her accuracy without the need to scream. Of course, she won't be able to ever sing again as if she still had 100% hearing, but she could get to the point where really only she would notice her loss of hearing.

Do they offer vocals lessons where thousands of fans scream in the background and the music is played at extremely loud volumes?
Kidding. I dont particularly think her voice is that bad and its certainly gotten better since 2008.
theres no doubting her TV lives (like for Music Station and such) are better than her arena tours, because there isnt as much noise and she isnt singing song after song.

ia. i do think she has improved, especially from last year. and i remember her saying in her diary entries that most of the time she can't even hear herself at all when she's on stage now, which could explain the shouting.

I don't recall that diary entry for some reason.

There is some performances where it has been highly suspected, maybe even confirmed.

But in this one it sounds just like a backing track to me so that she is more free to do the "woah yeah" parts.
