In my opinion, I don't think it's too farfetched to judge it on this "short edit". It's not like some 15-30second preview that we often get, in which case I can understand why people would be annoyed at someone criticizing it. But we got 3 minutes out of a song that's only going to be 4-5 minutes long. I'm not saying there's absolutely no hope for it, I mean I really do hope the full PV is epic and awesome and stuff  And I wouldn't put it past Ayu~ All I can say is that *so far* I'm not impressed with what I see.

The climax of the PV is not there. Therefore, it is too early to say the whole thing is "boring" when
you have not seen the whole video.
Its fine to say that the short edit seems boring, but you'd have to reserve judgment on the PV as a whole until you see it all.
