I haven't watch it as a whole but I saw the STEP you and XOXO, and indeed it felt weird, maybe because she's pulling both sexy and cute with that outfit and act which I found not as good. Ayu can be sexy imo (e.g GAME in AT05 or 1 LOVE in AT07) and I prefer that over her acting as a schoolgirl but there's something about STEP you and XOXO performance that kinda 'decrease' the sexiness. Maybe because I thought that STEP you and XOXO are not sexy songs and are cute energetic songs instead.
I LOVE the intro where they incorporate the base melody of STEP you into Marching Band btw, and I love seeing her experimenting with those kind of things like Madge or Kylie did.
