Someone in this blog commented about "Days"

About Barry Walters of The Village Voice commented about Ayu lyrics, I don't know it's true or not, because I didn't find it on Wikipedia (as he stated above), and yeah, don't rely too much on Wikipedia.

But, if those are true, I think we missed this information~

Yeah, he wrote about ayu when "I am..." came out.

Barry Walters of the Village Voice.... is he anyone famous I should know about? ^.^;;; Or is it just that he's an American journalist writing about a Japanese artist?

Either way it's pretty cool, anyhow.

Reviews included in the Village Voice are taken pretty seriously most of the time... it's the publication, not so much the reviewer. So it's somewhere in between "famous columnist you should know about" and "american journalist talking about a japanese artist" lol

Oh, haha.... thanks for the info. Sad to say I actually don't know this publication. But I can be excited for the fact that this is an American journalist reviewing a Japanese artist.

Maybe I should look more into this Village Voice. ^.^;;

The Wikipedia article is fully reliable (I can vouch for it—it's a featured article and I wrote it XD). The only reason I used that source is because (what Wiki considers) reliable sources that discuss Ayu's artistry in-depth are so hard to come by. You might not have noticed that bit because it was added relatively recently.
