ayumi Exercise Regime ?

Er I just wonder does she follow any exercise regiem to keep herself in shape ?

of course now that she's currently on tour & that it's a physically demanding thing & the works so I'm sure that will keep herself in shape but in her off days , does she do anything like running & etc ?

cos I can't seem to find any info pertaining to this matter

Well in CDL's 06-07 documentary you can see her training at a gym XD
So most likely she goes there to keep being in a high shape.

haha 1st of all Seb , these are called weights & yes initally after a weights lifting session , you will feel aches & sores but it's for a good thing because this enables you to strengthen your bones

it's also known as anaerobic exercise . Aerobic exercise is when you do exercises that enables you to take in more oxygen like running

Well, it wouldn't surprise me if Ayu only had time to go to the gym. Perhaps she also runs outside, too, but I don't think running in public is as popular in Japan as in the US and elsewhere.

I could be wrong, though.

speaking about running apparently about 280,000 ladies run in Japan per year or something like that

Well she'd have to follow a regime.... i mean, she can't not excercise

In the docos we have we've seen her do it... though her precise regime ? who knows ! let's try asking her.
