Utada - my very first jpop artist. i've loved all her music ever since i've gotten into her. she has a beautiful voice, and can really sing. i've kinda lost a bit interest right now, only cuz i'm into other artists, but i still love utada hikaru. i hope her new single does well.

Mika - just got into her by listening to "mienai hoshi" and her NANA songs. she's got a good voice, is pretty, and has some nice music.

Ai - i don't listen to ai otsuka, so i can't say anything.

out of mika and utada, for me, i'd have to go with utada.

I think Utada will win this one. The song is amazing, especially when tied with Hana Yori Dango season 2. If you watch that, and hear the song in the show you feel like tearing up xD. It's too amazing..

I can't wait until she releases the single x-x.

Haven't heard Mika at all, so can't say anything about her.
Have heard a lot of Utada's stuff, and she's just not my cup of tea. Nice voice, but I just can't bring myself to sit through her melodies.
So I picked Ai, even though I detest her more "cute" songs, I love her songs like daisukidayo and planetarium. (The video for Chu-lip and her voice on that song REALLY freaked me out btw).

I think Flavor of life is the best out of all three. After watching Hana yori Dango, it's really begin to get stuck.

Flavor of Life totally smacked my heart and made me cry when I saw the PV, a true classic for life. Mika's song is very beautiful too, but not quiiiiite the "cult classic" to me, but I still ordered it. And as for CHU-LIP, I'm very very upset with the song... hehe don't flame... but I though it sucked... real bad.

Miena Hoshi isn't one of her best ballads, but it grows on you and her voice is the nicest sounding out of all of them.
