ayumi Exercise Regime ?
Er I just wonder does she follow any exercise regiem to keep herself in shape ?
of course now that she's currently on tour & that it's a physically demanding thing & the works so I'm sure that will keep herself in shape but in her off days , does she do anything like running & etc ? cos I can't seem to find any info pertaining to this matter
