....it's not the fact they are ROCK songs because the day ourselves turn into a rock song, I will also consider BoA's "Rock with you" song as being Rock and that would be plainly killing the genre called rock because those are not rock ("Rock with you" at least has the guitars which turns it into a pseudo-rock excuse bubblegum POP. ourselves only has the POP beats, doesn't even have a guitar so it will never be a rock).
However those 3 songs have something in common which is why people like to compare them so much. They all have a dark theme with dark PVs and stuff. But please, ourselves WILL never be a rock song O_o;;;;
