Usually, you should have checked whether is there anything lost. But I suspect that you might be buying Local Version (i,e printed in Singapore) and therefore something might be missing.
Since it's gotta be cheap in releasing local version, something has to be cut. Hence the mising japan lyrics. Or there's something wrong with the dealer.
