Vivian Hsu is a famous Taiwanese pop/rock singer who debuted back in 1995. Her last album was back in 2005, and was titled "Love Unreservedly".

I wanted to start this thread because she is coming out with a new album 9/19 ! No cover or tracklist is out yet, but you can hear a preview of the song "Mermaid" on her Official Site! It sounds awesome! Sadly, yesasia has no pre-order link yet !
