If that's the one that shows Ayu visiting Fukuoka with the filming crew (I've heard there are two NTV interviews), then there's nothing about any CDL in it. It's about Dome Tour 2001.


During CDL02-03 she had a cold/flu, resulting in inflammed throat and probably fever what affected her singing.

During Dome Tour 2001 (before Fukuoka concert) she started having trouble with her hearing in the left ear. She also fell into a hole in the stage and injured her leg.
