it was rumoured to be released next month but it got pushed all the way back to next Feb & yes that should have been an album release not a single release

maybe avex's worried on how her debut album will fare & as such they turn to releasing singles more often instead of putting an album out ? I don't know really

A best album, from a sales standpoint, MAY be a good idea. Japan tends to like best albums more than regular studio albums, so if alan starts with a best album, it may etch her out a place in popularity, and then she can release a studio album after another two or three singles.
