Well... At08 DVD version was filmed on Taipei and she as sick... That's why her voice in the cutesy part was SO high, for example

About the sound on DVD... they edit sounds when editing dvds... they can fix Ayu's voice (it's easy to see this comparing countdowns tv and dvd versions, 05-06 is a good example). I would not be surprised if they used the same sound on performaces of tv and dvd version of AT08 (the tv version wasn't broadcasted live) choosing the one where ayu sounded better...
