Ayu is really rocking the DVD charts isn't she? I don't usually see concert DVDs do that well.

I really think the digest on the album DVD is helping.

I find it funny how last year some fans, Japanese and Foreign, claimed this to be her worst tour ever and their most disliked and yet it's dominating the charts.... Goes to show what can happen when you give something a chance.

I know, she definitely should be selling more... But don't forget that music sales plummeted, again, just a few months ago. If this were released in the beginning of this year - or even more so, the end of last year - I can guarantee this would have sold a bit more. But she didn't, so that sucks. But considering everything, she really is doing great. And there have been a few decent names for her to compete with, too. Just, they weren't nearly as fortunate as she is.

Yep; and it bugs me when people are sooo quick to judge an album, or a tour, or a single, or a song, or anything like that. If you approach something with great negativity on first sight/hearing etc then your view of it isn't going to change, and most likely if it does, you're not going to admit it just so you don't look like an entire fool for degrading something right from the start and then loving it.

Some people really are like that and it's quite a bother. I'm really glad that this DVD is doing well; despite me having had taken some time to get used to the NL album, I thought the tour was interesting (the parts that I saw).
