Actually, I had that habit since I was young, but this year I started always keeping nail polish on and I've suddenly been able to break the habit. However, I still kind of nibble without breaking. But my nails are long~~ weeeee!

Haha. That works for me for about a week, then I just lose it and rip my nail right off, polish and all. Nail polish tastes awful but I can't help it...

I wish I had your determination though!
