It is, but it's a mark of youth & inexperience and such... If Ayu wanted to appear more confident & wise, getting them straightened was a good move. It's not so much a matter of attractiveness as it is a mark of where you are in life. Crooked teeth would make you "cute," but straight teeth would be more necessary to be more "elegant," or some other more grown-up type of beautiful.
