Are DHL and FedEx not available from Japan to Russia? They're much more expensive, but if you really need to receive those documents asap, then this is also an option

Thank you! It turns out FedEx doesn't work with Russia now, but DHL does, so we had to go with it. 8380 yen with insurance.
