Depends. HK OBIs usually lists the artist's name and the name of the album (and tracklist) in Japanese or whatever it's written in originally. And maybe some promoting stuff about feature tracks in Chinese.

But sometimes it's just in English/Japanese with no Chinese. It really depends on which artist's HK version you buy from.

Taiwan OBIs usually have the artist/band's name translated in Chinese, as well as the title of the album, even if it's originally in English, and that looks icky.
