I guess its cheaper because only who stay oversea can buy it, also for a matter of region of Dvds
(the rest of Asia have region 3), but for Europe who have region 2 like Japan, then we have to buy the Japanese Ver... I am buying Oversea ver. from 2/3 months because I have Region Free Player ^^ But there are many places who sell bootlegs by everanime
