they are NOT officially married from what i understand. they only registered their marriage license so they can get married whenever they want now.

^ Yes, based on the Japanese article my boyfriend helped to translate for me, they DO have a marriage license already they just haven't set the time to have the actual ceremony yet. But I believe that, at least by US law, they are married now.

^i guess it was something sort of lost in translation. so they've taken the second step and actually gotten their license and are already past the registering part.

As far as I can tell, once you have the license...you are legally married. The ceremony isn't really necessary, it's just to celebrate the union.

it is kind of weird that they got married so quickly. i trust that Ayu would tell us if she was preg or something (even though Avex said she isn't), but if she isn't then i'm assuming they did everything quickly because she won't have much time to do it this year with touring and her hectic schedule.

When I first saw Mannie in the VR pv, I was like omg such a cute couple! I'm so glad and excited that ayu found her love.

^Ayu had said it was someone she considered a brother to her...and from the pics that were posted from the tabloid, it didn't look at all like Mannie. It looked like an Asian guy.
