AHS is not AIM or MSN and members should not use the forum like an IM program.

People who like posting what they eat, or whatever, every 5 minutes, just have to take it to forums that support those kinds of threads.

Correct. This is part of the rules, which each member agrees to follow when they register.

That much is clear. I thought that section was removed due to server problems.

The server problems were the immediate cause. However, our policy has always been that AHS should not be used as an IM, the spam was only being tolerated while our resources permitted it.
