With Love" is the second single from Hilary Duff's fourth studio album,[1] Dignity. It will be released to U.S. radio on February 6, 2007 (see 2007 in music)[2] and is the first second single from a Duff album to be released before the album. It premiered on January 25, 2007 on the Los Angeles and Orange County radio station 102.7 KIIS FM, with Ryan Seacrest.

A sixty-second clip of the music video is being played on television channels as Duff's commercial for her new fragrance, With Love... Hilary Duff. The man in the video chasing Duff around the building is played by Kellan Lutz. The director for the video is photographer Matthew Rolston. The video will premiere in MTVLA (MTV Latinoamerica) in January 29, 2007. Duff will be appearing at the world premiere of the video on MTV's TRL during "Spankin' New Music Week", on Feburary 8th.

I don't know much about her music, but the song is okay , I've heard many similar songs, so it's like...nothing new, even if though it does seem like a new her. I LOVE the perfume too...

I heard it from the commercial already, but not the full version.I'm in love with it, as I am with Play With Fire. Her new electronica style is absolutely amazing and I hope it's very successful.

This song is hot!! I never expected to hear this from Hilary Duff. I've been wanting to hear the full version ever since I heard it in her fragrance CM~I hope Hilary continues in this direction of dance music.

I'm kind of stunned so many people think Hilary is teh awesome (mainly because I think she's a sucky singer who's lucky enough to have a good team of producers around). Haven't heard the song itself yet. I like Play With Fire production-wise. Hilary sounds like an oblivious android singing the lyrics, though. I find it rather ironic her new album's titled Dignity (especially after the travesty that was Mr. James Dean).

I did hear a clip of With Love from that commercial and thought it sounded good, but more because of the production - I never find her songs good because of her. She just doesn't have a good voice to me, or enough personality to sell her music.

Exactly. She basically sings stuff anyone could sing. There's nothing HER about her or her songs - nothing that says "This is what Hilary Duff IS."
