I mean, it's just the most horrible thing of Ayu right? I can't believe her. I can't believe she doesn't have this common decency. You know, I heard that she is difficult while she is working, I bet she doesn't even care. I bet she dumps her dogs on those poor selfless overworked employees everyday just to mess with them. She just wants to make their lives difficult. Come on, you know it's true...



omg what is wrong with people? because I'm sure it's SOOOO HARD for them to take care of a tiny dog. hmmm...I wonder how important their job is anyway if they have all this time to slave after her dogs while SHE is the one in the studio working to make the music.

And....omfg really? They had to re-record...ONCE? My god, I think I'd die if I was ever a singer and I had to re-record a new song that I was already in the process of recording...think of all the money they are costing Avex...I mean, it doesn't matter that Avex has about 5 million BEST albums coming out...they must be poor with that dog making them re-record so many times...

Seriously, like moomba said, what a lame ass excuse for them to mention the damn dog...but you know what is really amazing? PEOPLE ARE BUYING INTO IT...omg...I'm just...not going to say anymore...that's the end of my bf for today...

If you'd read on I pointed out A BEST 2 is being released with near no competition. Also, I know no one's going to hear any bad, but Kuu's new BEST is really just a themed compilation album in the same way as Ayu's 'A Ballad's', and A BEST 2 is practically 2 albums. Instead of making one double album avex is really all about the money with A BEST 2. Not to mention all the remix albums which is a strategy Kumi hasn't employed.

EXILE is releasing a 2CD[?] album the week after, and Ai's BEST is coming a month after.. I wonder if Ayu will be able to make no.1 twice..

Well, Namie has her achievements too. She has the highest selling single in Japan's history, after all. And she was the youngest recipient of the Japan Record Grand Prix or w/e too.

No one is saying that she is avex any more because, simply put, there's no reason to say that. And if you did, you could only say she WAS avex for a time, and now.. she's kind of just "with" avex.

Because it IS okay. What else is the personal assistant to do? Sit there and make money while not doing anything?
Honestly, it's not like they're not getting paid. There are a lot of things that assistants are expected to do that the public wouldn't assume that an assistant would have to do..

What are you talking about?!?.....There are tons of releases coming out on the 28th and the beginning of March (i.e. FoL~Hikki~)

I tend to think that the only reason why Kumi became so popular was because of her tie-in with the FF thingy......

I think s/he was talking specifically about albums and specifically on that date (2/28).

Kuu became known because of FF tie-in but her sales went back down after real Emotion.

And yes. The FF songs were on her second album. She had two more albums after that before her first BEST when her career really went huge.

That's no excuse. If you go to a workplace, you shouldn't bring animals with you. It doesn't matter if there'll be people taking care of them or not. Specially dogs, which can be annoying as hell. And dog's poo and pee are pretty stinky, or are the guys she hired to take care of the dogs going to sniff the whole bad smell before they reach other people's noses? Unless her dogs drink cologne and fart perfume.

She's the only one working? that's quite untrue. There's a team working while she's recording. At each recording, they have to work all over again. avex doesn't exist for ayu's satifaction so that she can sit and make the workers her slaves. It surely isn't any good if you have to repeat the recordings over and over. If recording song were such a damn cool thing, I bet the RAINBOW songs would have come a little more polished and reviewed, instead of having ayu with too much hoarse vocals and overused vibratos. And well, it's pretty much well known that time is money.

Even though I find the article has a point in saying taking dogs to workplace is an annoying thing, I have to agree there's no need to mention it on a "news article". But hey, this is a tabloid, they have actually toned down quite a lot, I'm impressed. At least it's nothing like the STD stuff

And i'm not saying I believe what the tabloid mentioned, but if they are actually true, they honestly have a point. Keep your dogs at home or walk with them on the squares or sidewalks. But don't bring them to workplace.

avex always tries to put their most popular artists with no competition so it's no big deal. Maybe they shouldn't have called it a BEST? People assume it's a best compilation if they see BEST in front. Ayumi's "A BALLADS" was at least made of some new songs, a few remixes and the rest old songs. At least there was some effort in it. While Kumi's album is just a load of old songs in an album and they put a new song and a new pv (from a song we've already heard) as an excuse to have something "new".

Remixes are no longer popular as they were so I doubt avex would spend so much money on remixers to end up with mediocre sales. They tried with Ami Suzuki and the result was disastrous. Plus Kumi has released a remix album as an extra for the 12 singles though it was not for sale. I doubt avex is stupid enough to release a remix album at this era. During Ayu's era remixes were popular so it was obvious that avex would release remix albums.

I think one of the main reasons of releasing the 3rd Kuu BEST is because not a lot of people are familiar with her older songs which makes up this 3rd BEST. Plus, some songs have a remix and I think the DVD part has those "another angle" shots + live bonus footage from her tour or something like that. So if people didn't own any of her pre-secret albums, it would be an OK investment.
