When I redled Memorial Address, I listened to it and I could tell an IMMEDIATE difference between ABEST II ver & the original version. The original had this blurry/unproffessional sound to it that probably started out as a good idea in the studio but ended up falling short. The song itself was nonetheless a hit to me but this new version really cuts the cake. It's so clean and clear. You can actually hear Ayu and the band...AT THE SAME TIME instead of Ayu over the band.

If all of the tracks on ABEST II sound like this...the remasters did an excellent job. Though I do wish she'd have rerecorded at least one song...Oh well, I'm still buying it.

Can't believe she didn't re-sing any of the tracks! Oh well, it's okay.

I can believe it. It'd probably be a waste to resing, since they'd essentially sound the same. Unless they were like, evolution or UNITE!. lol

^yeah but I like her squeaky voice from 2001 - so I'm kinda glad that Ayu didn't re-sing some songs
