Does Ayu know about her world-wide fans?

It's pretty obvious she knows she has fans all over Asia, but does Ayu know about her fans living in other parts of the world such as Europe and North America (the US)? Does she know she's got fans in other parts of the world, outside of Asia?

It just occurred to me one day. I know that in the Talk Asia interview she said she'd go anywhere if people listened, but the way she said it so calmly made it seem as if she knows she has fans in other places. (NOT saying that I hope she comes here or that I think she'll open up markets over here. I'm just stating this as a sort of clue.) She didn't respond with a, "I've got fans all over the world?! Holy macaroni!" kind of response. (Though, I don't really expect that in an interview anyway.

)

So... does she? Anybody have any responses?

I'm sure she does. And she did that CNN interview for Talk Asia a while back. Maybe if she sees how many fans she really has around the world, though, she'll do a North America tour????

I know that she knows that ther are Remix Single Releases in Germany. The German Record Company told me that.

I figure if she didn't know about fans in other parts of the world, would she have bothered doing a CNN interview, partly in english, even?

^ Like Spanish is America's second most commonly spoken language even though a majority speak English, wouldn't the same be for Japan? English is the second most commonly used language?

I think she does know, especially since there were some German releases (remixes). However I doubt she would ever attempt a market outside Asia simply because she's not fluent enough in English and she wouldn't risk losing her Asian career and her genre of music is not so marketable in the west as remixes were in the past.

Of course she does, it's her responsibility as a popular artist to be kept informed on such things. To not be informed would be incredibly irresponsible.

I wish Avex would make a international website so we could send messages to Ayu - we should make a petition!! ^^ - than Ayu would know how many fans she has!! ^_^

^ We should make a petition for them to open Team Ayu up internationally. It's beyond a pain in the ass for foreigners to get concert tickets otherwise.

A friend of me even made a phonecall to TeamAyu to ask for Overses Memebrship and they said no -_- But perhaps when enoogh people from Overseas are wanting to join....

i hope so. I want to get Ayu's phgone number and be like ... "You have a lot of fans here!" or they should just make a website and tell everyone to visit it, and it will have a map thing that mapes where you are automatically by your IP address and then she could see where herr fans are!!

Ayu in any European country or USA would imply sale of actual products- so that's easier way to introduce her to Germany, for example, is to sell another CD's. because she has already been introduced in the market.
in this case her A BEST 2 would be the best choice, and then make one or two shows in germany.
but these things are slow.

I think Ayu is so famous, that this makes difficult to have a contact with her. it's just possible a general contact of the fans with her.besides, she never expresses about her fans all around the world. so this is a one way communication.
and she has so many things to do! she , well, avex, would have to "sacrific" some asian marketing in order to let her to make other marketing.

the idea of interacting with her lowers as she becomes more famous.

We'd all love that but I doubt it will happen in the near future. Although she has a western fanbase, it's not big enough and also singing Japanese wouldn't help. Another factor you must consider is that she already has a hectic lifestyle with her Japanese career and I doubt she's going to risk losing it.

I think she probably knows of SOME fans overseas-- and would definetly know about Germany, but I don't think she probably has a clue as to the extent of her overseas fans n_n;;;

With that said, I don't think AVEX would let her have any shows that aren't in Asia. I don't think Ayu HERSELF would have that much of a problem with it... "new adventure"--- but I don't know if AVEX would let her do it.
