I really think they were printed. Because " Asia is one! Ayu (signature) is repeated 3 times onto 1 streamer. And ALL the streamers my friend and I picked up, as well as those left on the floor after the conert, had the same print on them.

The appear to be printed to me as well. Just by looking at the loops at the end of her signature, it looks like they are the same. Also, a tell-tale sign that they are printed is the fact that there's an A-mark at the end of each streamer.
