No, the Sweet dress is nicer, IMO. Her Hey!x3 dress was kind of ruffled and had no bow, I think.

I find SWEET to be a "better" magazine that's more on Clothes instead of a bunch on clothes, some make up, some on hair, and a bunch (err...what? 5mm thick of ads?) which is Vivi/Popteen and the lot XD
But Vivi is quite a nice overall~
