NOT OVER is a upbeat j-urban song, I think it has a slight old-school hiphop vibe. ARIA dances a lot on the PV, the most she ever has on a PV.

Me too, the song is really beautiful. But tghe PV is so low budget, one of the cheapest PVs I've seen for her. rhythm zone always splash out on her PVs too.
