i just noticed yesterday that the A that is currently used is made if you mirror the right half of the old A...

The first A was an interpretation of the symbol for pi, and eventually it evolved into a real "A." instead of "pi that looked kind of like an A"~

i thought it had the four strokes because it was a 4-A side single, not cus it was a pi-looking A.
