You can send a PM with your name request to a Guardian/Admin (nmskalmn is the one who's online most often).

Members are allowed to change their names, but they are restricted to two name changes in the forum to avoid confusion. To change your nick, inform the Guardians or Admins so that they can carry things out for you, also, you should re-introduce your nick to everyone in Chat-room section.

Members are requested not to register more than one account for security purposes.

Message staff and they'll try to do it

You've always been allowed to message a staff member and they can do it for you (don't message me though cause I can't). Members do it all the time, so it's not a big deal.

Yeah I just did messaged the staff last night and asked if they could change it for me.

I hated my old username.

skal or impactbreaker would be the best bet. And if you DO message a staff who can't, they'll of course forward the message on so it's ok either way.
