La Belle Et Le Bad Boy by MC Solaar. I only know it from 'Sex And The City', but I downloaded the full song and really liked it.
It'll make you wanna cut through Parisian Traffic at night  Also there's a song called 'Belle' from a musical (I think 'Notre Dame De Paris'). There are many versions but weirdly I like the Russian boyband Smash!!'s version best (Sung in French).

I found out about this French singer named Nejoua Belyzel not long ago and I've gotten to really like her. Je ferme les yeux is a really great song.
I'm in the midst of looking for more French music myself

It depends what kind of music ur into. In spanish the easiest to recommend is Shakira.. but then again she's making English songs too...

I recommend anything by Calogero (in particular: Si Seulement Je Pouvais Lui Manquer; Face à la Mer (avec Passi); Tien An Men; Yalla; Devant Toi).
Does anyone happen to have any music by Najoua Belyzel? I have fallen in love with her just by those videos. What great songs!

Shakira, like many have said already, is amazing. I would also recommend Laura Pausini. Her song Se Fue is so beautiful, as well as Una Lagrima, although I have no links to either song.

If you like Björk, you'll probably like Camille. Her music is unique and very alternative. I recommend her second album, Le Fil.
I also recommend Mon coeur, mon amour by Anaïs. If you want something more pop, you can listen to Donne by Myriam Abel, the winner of Nouvelle Star (the French version of Pop Idol).
