Hmmm....if it was Lyric-wise, Ayumi...but if it was music-wise, Namie 'cuz I'ma huge (any) R&B fan and Ayumi really hasn't made any R&B songs ('bout the closest R&b song I've heard of Ayu was Daybreak (hal's mix)...if it had any R&B in it) Plus, I find myself lovin' more of Namie's songs than Ayumi's.

Doesn't Kuu write the lyrics for cute songs? I don't think she wrote any for the ****ty songs. I could look at my Black Cherry booklet but... ugh.

Both of them are great(Im a super fan of both!).Ayu has nice lyrics,cool and huge concerts,creative PVs and nice fashion sense.Namie has great music,can dance well and has pretty good fashion sense too.

But i still prefer ayu though.;p

Well anyone that is biased (Like more, or she is their most fav) with Namie will say Namie, anyone that is biased with ayu will say ayu, anyone who's biased with another artist will say that artist, I don't think that when people think that artist is better is an opinion...

And it's not an opinion that one is not better than the other, it's a fact.

That's why most of the people hate that stupid discussion.

I think that such threads cause and empower hate towards artists imo.

but weird, when it turns out to be ayu better than kuu, or kuu better than ayu, the thread will full of arguments and in the end, become a bashing thread~

i think namie fans are more cooperative~

too different for a fair comparison. i'm a bigger fan of Ayu because i've heard all of Ayu's songs. Namie's music before the hiphop scene i'm less familiar with though i like some of the stuff i've heard from that era. I listen to hiphop more than rockpop, but Ayu's still number one because i just like her more. No real reason....lol. but still i'd say Namie has the same level of talent just in different areas.
