The dancing isn't so bad. I thought it was one of her better dancing videos. I think they could have gone with a little more substance (because I do see a theme), and a little more choreography in the beginning (arm waving isn't really dancing), but overall it was enjoyable to watch.

I'm oddly reminded of west side story with the weird gang dress-up and the dancing. For some reason that really cracks me up...

It gave me a very Silent Hill type of vibe (from the movie, not the game) don't you think? I dunno, it just sort of reminded me of it somehow.

I thought the mood of the PV was real great but like others, I also expected something dramatic and eerie to happen. Perhaps something along the lines of some monster/demon chases Ayu and she tries to run away and fight it. The dancing was awesome, much better than the glitter dance even though the two songs do not have the same genre.
I absolutely adore Ayu's outfit in the PV, reminded me of the Tomb Raider.

Overall, the PV is still pretty awesome. I just love her outfit too much and the mood that was set in the PV as it was strong enough to capture the audience's attention.

As far as me having class, who are to say that I don't when u don't even know the full story of me saying that. FYI, after I said screw urself, I put in parenthesis (not literally) which means I wasn't meaning it. Pay attention to what ur reading before posting ur thoughts!
Well OBVIOUSLY no one is dense enough to go screw themselves literally. The fact that you felt strongly enough against people who have different opinions to post such a rude remark in the first place speaks volumes. And what full story? You pretty much dissed anyone who doesn't like the PV. Doesn't take a genius to deeply analyze what you said. Telling people such a thing is on the bashing side, contrary to what you believe. Realize that people can have different opinions before posting "ur" thoughts!

And I happen to like glitter/fated (the songs). The PVs weren't terrible but they could be better. Ayu is a human being too you know. She is not 100% perfect and God-like. Being a true fan means that you are aware of both her strengths AND her weaknesses. And being as this is an Ayu forum, no one is outright disdainful of Ayu here. They're still fans; that's why they are here. Fans have the right to dislike an artist's work if they wish. And they certainly have the right to express that dislike without seeming "ungrateful".

But drama aside...

asongforxx, I agree with you. The dancing doesn't really match the song; some of the moves are break dancing moves and the song is grungeish rock. Definitely eyebrow raising. I was excited when I initially discovered there would be choreography, but I think it was weirdly executed.

For example, it'd be better if Ayu herself danced throughout the PV (or at least for more than 4 seconds), like the awesomeness that was INSPIRE and Real Me. The fact that she stood there gesticulating against a backdrop of the dancers made her appear out of place. That's mainly my beef with the dancing, besides the fact that the style isn't suited for rock. Other than that, this PV is not bad but she can do better

she's been dancing so much it's kinda wearing itself out (the girls vs. boys dance-off thing's been in soooooo much already...fairyland, glitter performances XP)

yea, the dancing doesn't fit at all
otherwise, it's kinda nice. the theme was pretty good (though why she suddenly wanted her backup dancers in the pv other than to dance escapes me...)

btw, her hair looks much more...much less OMG I JUST WOKE UP BEDHEAD!!! kinda. and her lara croft outfit XD (and yea, i can see her bra in the end...)

kinda like ai otsuka's LOVE PiECE cover: nice concept, not the best results though

What I didn't:
- Some of Ayu's facial expressions were too much, too exaggerated...
- Could have made the marks in Ayu's face less fake/obvious.
- The dancing was BAD.
- Ayu's dancers should NEVER BE ALLOWED to be in her PVs. (It's almost like "fairyland" and "BLUE BIRD" all over again! Damn, I hate it when they have that scene after the 2nd chorus with the dancers dancing. B-o-r-i-n-g.)
- I'm pretty damn sure she'll have the exact same routine for her TV performances. (Dancers are dancing. Ayu in the middle singing, doing some arms waving. After the 2nd chorus, she goes back. Doesn't dance. Random dance moves from her male dancers. 3rd chorus begins, Ayu comes in the front, bla bla bla. We get the picture already.)
- I don't like the ending.
- The dancing does NOT match the song.

Overall, the PV isn't very great or impressive. The song is strong, the PV didn't reflect that. The director could have done something a lot better. The PV reminds me of "INSPIRE"... Finally, I hope the "decision" PV is really good.
EXACTLY what i am thinking, the dance didnt seemed like it's choreographed, those dancing moves is like what we see in Ayu's concerts...and i agree the dancers shouldnt even be there in the first place...

but i like the theme and Ayu's hair~

I think it does help to boost her sales...because there are people who prefer watching how the PVs turn out to be before they purchase their orders

Not a spectacular mv in terms of plot but overall fit the song quite well. I like the "darker" side of Ayu more than her bubbly counterpart and I thought the pv did a good job of showing that.

There is totally deep meaning behind this. What was I thinking. I am clearly not as grammatically proficient as you are. I think we need a few experts to examine the symbolism behind your thoughts.

Anyhow, yeah I like dark PVs too, rainday Sometimes I appreciate happy Ayu, especially during summer time and such but now that the season's changing it's nice to see this side of her. I also think the new hairstyle looks really good in this PV

I really think that this pv it great. I wish that ayu would of danced more too. It is kind of weird for her just to stand there flinging her arm and have everyone else be moving. Another outfit and scene would be good, but I still like it.

i love the PV.. ayu always make us think about the meaning of her videos, and the meaning of her art
i think some people are so Accustomed with that "easy to understand" specially for "Small minds" movies
