Nope, it's actually a real PV. They used the "HALS 2000 MIX" for the PV, I believe.

And I have no idea what she says at the end, OR what the PV is about with all its symbolism. XD Sorry I couldn't help more.

mmm i like the PV, but i got excited when i saw 'ever free' on the DVD tracklist... and then got disapointed when i found out it was just a video interlude
